Sales Support, Algeria

To offer best in class customer service and to support the continued growth of
BLC business in Algeria. The Sales Support Administrtor is BLC clients´ first
point of contact for the day-to-day sales related matters. The Sales Support
is also responsible for coordinating contract booking, contract execution,
payments and other sales related matters with BLC production sites.

Main Accountabilities:
* Handle clients´ daily inquiries
* Create and communicate price offers to clients
* Book contracts and ensure signature of contracts
* Communicate customer requirements (documents, labels, shipments, etc.) to BLC production facilities
* Handle import related matters with internal and external parties
* Regularly monitor and update sales forecast and shipment schedules
* Arrange sample requests in coordination with A&TS
* Create and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
* Handle clients´ QA requests
* Pro-actively monitor clients' payments

* Experience managing customers
* Commercial sense and business knowledge
* Service mindset, knowledge of how to provide high level customer service
* Knowledge of supply chain and logistics

Education/Experience:
* Minimum ‎5-year experience in logistics or sales
* Business or logistics degree
* Fluent in French and English (Verbal and written)
