Accountable To
The Project Analyst is responsible for conducting market analyses across S&G
products/ services, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability
of the Project as well as develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure
Project data and reporting needs are met
Responsible for
*
Liaise with S&G's Project units and S&GoE teams to effectively drive Project
analysis as detailed below
* Evaluate Project processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, integrating S&G, and developing and implementing solutions
* Lead ongoing reviews of Project processes and develop optimization strategies for S&G and related fields
* Keep up-to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Working Relationship

Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
* Perform requirements analysis for S&G and related fields
* Document and communicating the results of your efforts
* Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
* Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
* Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
* Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
* Allocate resources and maintaining cost efficiency
* Ensure solutions meet Project needs and requirements
* Perform user acceptance testing

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
*
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project analysis or a related field
* A bachelor's degree in Project or related field
* Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
