Ensure daily and weekly visual notes are communicated to all store visual
employees in order to ensure their highest degree of commitment and motivation
for exceptional standards so as to positively impact on the level of customer
service
Never say “No” to customer
Merchandising
Ensure training , implementation and maintenance of the required merchandising
principles to all store staff and store VM including store management
Develop and implement communication tools for stores through consultation with
the concept VM manager, buying and marketing departments for added sales
Supply all stores with clear direction and communication relating to the
merchandising methodologies used i.e seasonal changes, latest releases and
promotions on both a micro and macro level during EMT and weekly via email
communication once a week
Innovate and adapt relevant merchandising principles to comply with the
changing needs of the business concept .
Display
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the required display principles
in all stores responsible for at all times
Supply all visual merchandisers with a clear directive regarding the dressing
of windows in store displays when receiving the latest releases and
promotional merchandise
Revise current and future window display techniques
People Management
Identification of future store staff to visual merchandisers, training and
development of visual merchandising staff ongoing
Develop, implement and present required visual training material
Create an environment conducive to development and learning
Uphold company policies and procedures
General
Support new initiatives and share best practices in line with Concept and
Business plan
Participate in Model stores, new and revamp store openings
