The Role
DBS EH is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Librarian for
support throughout the academic year, to assist in promoting the learning and
understanding of students at the school. Our Education Support team are always
keen to provide an environment which engages learners and encourages reading
for pleasure and for purpose. Also, supporting learners in developing research
skills, using digital and printed materials and promoting opportunities for
students to represent the school in various competitions. Aside from the
experience, personality is very important, we look for inspirational
individuals who leave a lasting impression on students for years to follow.
Person Specification:
Due to KHDA regulations, we can only employ individuals with High School
Education.
* High School Certificates in English and Maths (essential).
* Bachelors Degree (desirable).
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience of education support in a British Curriculum school.
* An individual with confidence and a proven track record of outstanding results.
Dubai British School Emirates Hills is committed to safeguarding and

Certificate (ICPC) or equivalent enhanced police check is a pre-requisite for
all appointments.
