Client relationship managment role, supporting assigned accounts at renewal
and throughout the year to ensure a positive customer journey and high client
retention.
Main tasks;
Renewal & New Business Management
* Prepare and issue renewal documentation for assigned accounts within agreed timeframes and high level of quality
* Ensure regular and pro-active client engagement and support by phone/email throughout the renewal process to ensure a high renewal retention rate as determined by Management.
* Negotiate renewal internally and externally to achieve favourable outcome for both sides
* Communicate and document all agreements and requirements for the renewal
* Prepare RM renewal documentation when required
* As part of the renewal process actively inform brokers/clients in respect of any targeted company initiatives
Account Management
* Manage own assigned portfolio of accounts based on the Client Value Proposition
* Build and maintain long term successful relationships with the client
* Anticipate future needs, challenges and developments where possible
* Document and regularly maintain all relevant information in Salesforce
* Communicate relevant information to various other areas
* Provide back up and support to client teams where required
Client Experience
* Easy, quick and high quality interactions with all touch points and escalation resolution in a swift and client centric manner
* Provide a positive and engaging client experience
* With support identify and implement efficient solutions to client's requirements and challenges
* Ensure escalations are referred to Manager to ensure a swift and client centric resolution
* Seek, document and share feedback from client on service delivery via NPS surveys
