Responsible for


The Program Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing and
coordinating the development and execution of various programs related to the
company's industrial real estate operations. This role will require strong
project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.


Working Relationship


Program Planning and Implementation:
* Develop program plans and timelines for various real estate projects, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
* Coordinate program implementation activities, including site selection, design, construction, and leasing activities.
* Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.


Objectives and Role Profile


Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, tenants, and local government officials to ensure successful program execution.
* Communicate program goals, timelines, and progress to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.
* Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and serve as a point of contact for program-related inquiries.


Key Tasks and Performance Indicators


Program Evaluation:
* Collect and analyze data on program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and making changes to program implementation as needed.
* Develop and maintain program evaluation tools, including surveys and performance metrics.
* Prepare program reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.


Budget and Resource Management:
* Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that all program activities are executed within budget constraints.
* Manage program resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure that all program activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.


Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
*
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering is preferred
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage complex project plans and timelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
