Functional Accountabilities - Training
Identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
To ensure that training requirements set by DAMAC Hotels & Resorts are adhered and implemented.
Create and maintain employee records, including tracking employee performance and training attendance.
To ensure that each Damacian receives a minimum of training hours per month as per budget and requirement.
Assist with the development of L&D & HR strategies and initiatives.
To administer a system of employee training records.
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Management.
Functional Accountabilities - Human Resources
Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
Prepare reports and presentations on HR activities and initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Develop and implement employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications and experience
Experience and Technical Knowledge
* At least 3 years' experience as HR & Training Executive
* Has worked in a multi-cultural environment
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
* College degree - essential
DESIRABLE
* Formal Secretarial qualification
