Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate coordination of
student, employee, and company documentation in compliance with Dubai
Development Authorities / local Immigration and Labour Laws.
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparing employee and student visa application profiles and maintenance of their records
* Handling incoming/outgoing telephone calls queries related to visa and medical processing for students and employees.
* Well versed in typing of online forms for new visas and visa renewals for students and employees
* Efficient and systematic in following the standard operating procedures for student and employee passport issue as per the request.
* Experienced in the renewal of the post box and company trade license.
* Email correspondence to students/parents, full-time and part-time employees for the visa, medical checks, and labour cards
* Preparing the student bonafide letter and RTA letter
* Review of documents that require periodic renewals, prepare appropriate reports for the same and filing them after due approvals and sanctions from Line Manager.
* Assisting the Public Relation Manager when required.
* Safeguarding the confidential documents of students & employees while processing their requests.
* Coordinating with other departments to complete the student & employee requests smoothly.
* Establishing good relationships with Tecom officials in terms of licensing, leasing & compliance & assurance departments.
* Ensuring the visa database is kept up to date.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:

Essential
* Educated to SCQF Level 6 or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of three years' experience working as a PRO within the Tecom Development Authority's free Zone, UAE
* Strong knowledge of UAE Immigration and Labor Law.
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Competent in the use of relevant IT packages.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrable professional and proactive approach.
* Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly, and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment.
* Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service.
Desirable
* Previous work experience within a Higher Education environment.
