After Sales Support Manager

Summary:

The After Sales Support Manager, is responsible for Policy Management and
Network Operations for the Gulf Region. He aims at achieving targets SLAs,
using the minimum possible budget, and with the highest quality.
The After Sales Support Manager is a people leader, he is mindful about
creating leadership in his team, and making sure he achieves high AES (Allianz
Engagement Survey) score. He targets ‎100% quality all the time (less than ‎1%
error rate), by training his team, following internal quality audit results,
and structuring the work to reduce efforts (Standardization) and improve
automation.

Main Tasks:

• Achieve target SLAs for Policy Management: tickets for Policy management, Amendments and Endorsements should be finalized ‎95% in ‎3 days.


• Achieve target SLAs for Network Operations: Price lists updates, pharmacy drugs updates, and clinicians updates should be finalized ‎95% in ‎3 days.


• The After Sales Support Manager should make sure to preserve his budget, and pays attention to expenses on monthly basis, to avoid crossing the budget limits.


• He/She targets ‎100% quality all the time (less than ‎1% error rate), he makes sure internal audit quality results are delivered on time and are in line with the framework identified by Ops Support. He/She takes every opportunity to train the team, and help structure the work to reduce efforts (Standardization) and improve automation where possible.

  He/She also represents the company (Allianz Partners / Nextcare) when dealing with the payers on policy management issues. The After Sales Support Manager is always keen to have a positive relationship with our payers, brokers and clients.

  Finance, Economics, MBBS, or Nursing is preferred, an MBA is a plus.

  
  


• Physically fit to carry out duties.


• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.


• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
