We are a luxury used car dealership looking for an associate to join our after
sales team. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows:
* Deal with any issues or complaints customers may have
* Provide advice on financing options available to them
* Sell aftermarket products to customers
* Ensure customers are 100% satisfied
* Maintain a good working relationship between departments
Desired experience for after sales includes:
* 2 or more years’ experience with customer service
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to find solutions
* Average Microsoft office skills
