Job Description
* Strong follow-up on the technical forecasting.
* Follow-up on the operations efficiency and productivity.
* Align with the global WFM teams on a local level to make sure that the DNA of global WFM is in place.
* Contribute in the site budgeting processes.
* Align with the Client/HR and OPS teams in terms of the business requirements (Hiring, Seats & Assets) to make sure that the required resources are allocated in the correct place.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience in the workforce field.
* High technical and Supervision skills are required.
* People oriented.
* Good use of power BI.
* Excellent use of MS Excel.
* Very high analytical skills
* High awareness of payroll processes.
* Good performance management.
