EADE is one of the leading local NGOs in Iraq founded in ‎2012.EADE registered
with federal government (1F75664). Through implementing several projects with
UN-agencies and International NGOs, EADE had gained a good knowledge,
reputation and an excellent expertise in both projects implementing and
Staffs’ capacity. During the last years from ‎2014 till ‎2022 EADE had
implemented many projects with different INGOs and UN agencies.
Responsibilities
* Field visits to Locations of the Project implementations, meetings with local communities and data collecting.
* Collecting the necessary data, discussing expectations and needs as important input.
* Draft the M&E plan including the indicators and targets of the log frame.
* Support all M&E initiatives for assigned grant(s)/project(s) including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities, and contributing to staff capacity building initiatives as necessary.
* Develop and review monitoring and evaluation reports to ensure high quality and submission on time.
* To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
* To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
* To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
* Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
* Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to the monitoring and evaluation system
* Support teammates in conducting baseline and end line surveys
* Preparing monitoring reports.
* Support Line Manager in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
* Assist Program staff and the Line Manager in clarifying project information needs
* Keep the Project Manager posted about any updates in the work processes and procedures and support her/him as needed to ensure the project success.Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Education:
* University degree in Social Science or a related field
Experience:
* Minimum ‎3 years’ experiences in M&E, MEAL, Data Analysis, and reporting.
* Previous experience in programs supporting CSOs and local actors.
* Outstanding motivational skills and ability to enthuse teams and partners
* Understanding of legal framework of humanitarian operations, as well as gender, protection, social or human vulnerability issues.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
* Attention to detail and preciseness
* Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive and communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
* Cultural awareness and ability to build relationships quickly with a wide variety of people.
* Demonstrated gender awareness and gender sensitivity.
* Must have a valid driving license.
Knowledge:
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Self-reliant and able to work independently.
* Literacy in Microsoft Office Programs.
* Personal integrity and credibility
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
* Reporting skills

Languages:
