Job Responsibilities :
* Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
* Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
* Copy, scan and store documents.
* Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
* Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
* File documents in physical and digital records.
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
* Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Job Requirements:
* BSc degree in Project Management or relevant field.
* Two years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
* Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
* Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
* Proficient typing and editing skills.
* Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
