Key Responsibilities:
* Determining scope of different projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
* Defining and tracking project milestones from start to finish.
* Evaluating and recommending changes on existing projects to meet organizational needs.
* Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
* Engaging with the with different teams/departments when needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.
* Mobilizing the appropriate teams for a given project based on defined or intended deliverables.
* Regularly communicating project status to appropriate teams and management.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator position.
* Strong IT and Project Management Skills.
* Exceptional communication skills in English both written and spoken.
* An outgoing personality and comfortable building cross-functional relationships
* Excellent knowledge of support organizations and culture.
