Service Leader (Kung-Fu Tea Master)

We have a great opportunity for an experienced & skilled Kung-Fu Tea Master to
join the team in our award winning Shang Palace. The successful applicant will
be knowledgable about their craft and able to bring a traditional &
entertaining quality to the role.

What will you do?
Unmatched knowledge on all kinds of Chinese Tea.
Maximise profits in the sales of Tea within Shang Palace.
Monitor & ensure smooth operations in Chinese Tea service and overall quality
of the restaurant.
Obtain cutomer feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
Check set-up / mise-en-place of Chinese Tea counter prior to start of
operations.
Conduct staff Chinese Tea training
Assist Shang Palace & other Shangri-La colleagues where possible.
Ability to traditionally "face-change" highly desired.
