An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Passport Processor to join the
team in Traders Hotel. The successful applicant will be one of the faces of
the hotel and assist guests whilst they check in.

What will you do?
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism among the team.
Welcome guests to Shangri-La.
Work with Traders Club colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with
colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
Assist in the check in process.
Input data to the CID system.
Remain aware of all activities within the hotel.
Assist other departments where necessary.

The hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites. Rooms start at a
spacious 32 square metres and feature a stylish design of warm tones and
comfortable furnishings. For travelers requiring the highest levels of service
and attention, the hotel also offers 80 Traders Club rooms on the seventh,
eighth and ninth floor, as well as suites on the first to seventh floor. With
a blend of contemporary style and comfortable furnishings, Traders Hotel,
