We are looking for a recreation receptionist who will be responsible to
provide excellent customer service to our guests using the hotel's
recreational facilities.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be delivering:
A little taste of your day-to-day
* Identify and pursue new corporate clients to expand the hotel's client base.
* Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide information about recreational facilities, activities, and schedules.
* Manage reservations for recreational amenities, such as pool areas, sports facilities, and fitness centers.
* Ensure accurate booking records and timely communication with guests.
* Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
* Assist in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for guests using recreational facilities.
* Handle cash and electronic transactions for recreational services.
* Provide accurate billing information and process payments efficiently.
* Monitor the condition of recreational equipment and report any maintenance issues.
* Ensure cleanliness and order in recreational areas.
* Assist in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and events.
* Provide necessary information to guests regarding scheduled activities.
* Manage membership programs for recreational facilities, including sign-ups and renewals.
* Maintain accurate membership records and issue access cards as needed.
* Enforce safety regulations and ensure guests adhere to facility rules.
* Stay informed about emergency procedures and take appropriate actions when needed.
QUALIFICATION
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or recreational facility.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer proficiency for handling reservations and payments.
* Knowledge of recreational activities and facilities.
