* Responsible for greeting visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
* Responsible for maintaining the reception facilities and ensuring the resources are used efficiently.
* Handle general administrative tasks like emailing and updating calendars.
* Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls , providing information, taking messages .
* Follow up all prospect clients.
General Conditions:
* Proficiency in English & Arabic language, spoken and written.
* Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs.
* Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality.
* 2 Years Front Desk Experience (Experience of UAE is a plus)
