Your tasks:

• You are supporting management in daily activities, customer interactions, meetings regarding smooth operations and taking of the proper actions


• You are responsible for reporting of KPI, data management, analysing of performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations that support logistics


• You are assisting in the preparation of tenders and supporting in obtaining quotes from potential suppliers


• You have the full overview and regularly update the status of all customers and new customers on a monthly base


• You support in maintaining sound relations with the customers, marketers, shipping lines, customs agent's brokers to ensure full client satisfaction


• You support and liaise with the line management to ensure availability of staff and to ensure that key open are effectively resourced and managed


• You maintain regular communication on behalf of the CEO with customers and management regarding progress and achieve of project deliverables


• You support in ensuring company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. accounting, operational, SSHEQ, regulatory and administrative)


• You support and represent the company in meeting customer and company KPI's and SLA's on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis

Your profile:

• Masters Degree in engineering or business


• Work experience within the supply chain area


• Work experience in project planning and management


• Skills in budget and risk management


• Managerial communications and interpersonal skills


• Time management skills


• Organizational skills


• Language skills in english (essential) and german (strongly preferred)
