The Role
Position Title: PA to the Chairman Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up
to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A highly respected group in the
coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for its high-quality coffee brands,
servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region. Job Description: •
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Chairman on phone calls, emails,
and other correspondence. • Prepare for meetings by gathering relevant
documents, creating agendas, and ensuring that the Chairman is well-prepared •
Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Chairman's files, documents,
and records, both in physical and digital formats • Administrative duties such
as managing expenses, processing invoices, and handling other administrative
tasks to support the Chairman's daily activities • Act as liaison between the
Chairman and other staff members, departments, and external stakeholders.


Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Asian and Arabic nationals • Female, ‎28 to ‎38
years old and below • Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate • At least
‎5 years’ of experience in the same role • Candidates who can join immediately
will be prioritized
