Job Description
* Ensure that purchasing system is effective and all supplies, equipment, and relevant services are purchased while maintaining high quality standards and cost effectiveness.
* Start from responsible for process a payment of all projects as agreed issue purchasing order for all reimbursement and all contract fees process budget set up in Oracle with the accounting team conduct a payment forecast of all projects.
* Responsible for sourcing the supplier data.
* Ensuring proper authorization for all goods entering the hotel.
* Inspecting all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to.
* Prepare daily receiving report summaries and report on any variances immediately.
* To check and input Food and Beverage and General store purchase into the hotel inventory system.
* To ensure the goods are secured and prompt transfer.
* To ensure that goods in the receiving area are secure at all times.
* To ensure that Occupational Health and safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the UAE
* UAE Driving License
* Working knowledge in project scheduling, purchasing, shipping and processes.
* Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
* Work well under pressure and able to work independently.
* Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills.
* Previous experience in 5 star luxury property is an advantage
* Knowledge in Check SCM will be an advantage
