Looking for a Sales Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
* Perform sales administration and follow through sales enquiries.
* Ensure the close loop and closure of customers enquiries.
* Perform sales coordination works such as sales order processing, customers' purchase order and necessary documents.
* Coordinating with respective stake holders to respond to customers clarifications.
* Expedite orders for timely delivery.
* Prepare timely quotations to customers.
* Chase for the payment of aged invoices.
* Performs sales and delivery document control.
* Arrange daily logistics arrangement for deliveries, including coordinating with drivers for urgent collection and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder with experience in sales coordination.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proclivity for catching errors and enacting appropriate changes.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
