Supply Manager (SWA Bn)

Job Summary:
Amentum has an opening for a Supply Manager in Kuwait.

Under general direction of the Project Manager, this position is responsible
for overseeing the supply functions of the department/section. Provides
leadership and management of all supply functions to include; Central
Receiving and Shipping Point, Packing and Crating, Sensitive Items, Warehouse
Storage, Container Management, Class III, Retrograde, Secondary items storage
(ASL/PLL), and the BII section. Overall responsible for the compliance with
regulatory guidance and ensures PWS requirements are met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Supervises assistant managers regarding multi-functional activities for the Supply Department
* Directly responsible for resourcing departments and ensuring goals are met
* Oversee the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) support of supply functions
* Establishes appropriate standard operating procedures, flow charts, and work instructions that meet mission requirements
* Analyses, develops plans/procedures, and ensures tasks are executed in order to meet mission deadlines
* Develops and supports achievement of performance metrics
* Responsible the oversight of data administration on the contract to include submission of information to populate reports, contract deliverables, develop plans, SOPs and other required contract documentation
* Oversees the equipment accountability, configuration, and storage
* Serves as the primary communication link between the department and the USG
* Interfaces with USG, COR, ASC QA, and other external customers
* Coordinates, tracks progress, validates, and synchronizes efforts with other departments to ensure completion of tasks for all missions assigned to the section
* Participates in IPR and develops plans for the Supply Department for current and future operations.
* Ensures Performance Work Statement requirements and company goals are met
* Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries
* Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred in business or logistics
* AMMO ‎62, ‎67 or ‎43 preferred

Experience:
* ‎10 years' supervisory experience in supply or related activities, required
* ‎2 years' experience Army Prepositioned Stocks Program or similar program preferred
* Extensive military training in logistics plans and/or operations preferred
* ‎5 years of supply warehouse experience in GCSS-army
* 920B MOS preferred

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Logistics STAMIS in use and must have the ability to properly monitor production for compliance with scheduling directives, cost factors, and other applicable standards
* Must be able to properly develop appropriate performance standards, track inventory, requisitioning, disposal (turn-in), and ensure facilities operate in a safe and efficient manner.
* Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
* Must have advanced level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and other related applications
* Possess the ability to multitask
* Possess advanced knowledge of Army Supply documentation such as DA Form ‎1348, DA Form ‎2062 and DA Form ‎444
* Advanced proficiency in Army Supply Regulations, AR ‎710-‎2, AR ‎735-‎5, AR ‎740-‎26 and DA PAM ‎708-‎2
* Must have a broad, comprehensive and extensive knowledge of the theory, principles, and methods required to plan, track, and execute a Logistical Support Operation
* Must possess the ability to plan, organize, manage and delegate job assignments to personnel assigned in order to meet deadlines
* Must have advanced written and oral communications skills
* Must have advanced interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively
* Must possess working knowledge of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), various LOGSA Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems such as GCSS-Army.

Certification, License & Clearance:
* Driver's license required
* Secret Clearance is required.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.

* Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures
* Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
