Business Analyst

What's the role?

Our Business Insights Specialist is responsible for providing market insights
based on macro-economic data and other internal/external sources to help
influence and guide Hilti's business.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the review, analysis
and preparation of Hilti Relevant Potential (HRP), based on project and
customer data bases in line with feedback from our direct sales team.
Furthermore, you will be required to consolidate competitor knowledge across
the region, providing reporting and data to our business leaders.

The Business Insights Specialist role will require you to have a continuous
improvement mindset, driving best practices for data quality whole developing
tools to help analyze sales territories, including proposed changes and
optimal structures. You will also own processes related to pricing by managing
gross margins, price increases and price agreements.

This role will enable you to partner closely with all departments. You will
work closely with our Strategic and Product Marketing teams, while also
partnering with Sales, Finance and Logistics on relevant topics.

What you need is:

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business or Marketing


• Experience using ERP systems; SAP ByDesign is Advantageous


• High level of experience in Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Excel


• Effective English communication skills (Arabic language is advantageous) and a proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders from varied functional groups


• Strong conceptual & analytical skills combined with implementation-oriented, pragmatic approach


• Strong commercial and marketing skills: ability to understand, build, present and communicate
