About the Role:
Carry out the predetermined range of chemical, organoleptic, and
bacteriological tests required to monitor quality parameters from raw
materials through to finished product and associated services to assist in
identifying causes of non-conformance. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Graduate in food/ or Bakery science or other related discipline.
Competencies:
* 3 years’ experience in the food / pharmaceutical industry or a similar environment.
* Chemical handling skills.
* FMCG Micro Lab experience.
* Graduate in food/ or Bakery science or other related discipline.
