Partner with the best
As a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing, you will provide support for the Pressure
Pumping division. You will oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks
and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work under your
own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the clients needs.
As a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a role model and/or mentor to less experienced crew members including contractors
* Maintaining the unit prior to and post job; and ensure it is always ready for the next job unless off-line.
* Reporting failures to maintenance team and follow up on progress of repairs to ensure completion.
* Participating in Safety and Service Quality meetings.
* Exercising stop of work authority if any unsafe act or if Service Delivery could be compromised.
* Initiating MOC or Deviation Waiver request if deviation from the program is required or requested.
* Ensuring incidents (HSE, Service Delivery, others) are reported in a timely manner, and participate in incident investigations as may be necessary.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have ‎2+ years of experience as a Coil Tubing Operator
* Demonstrate a good working knowledge on installation and maintenance of equipment
* Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
