Partner with the best
You will work closely with Service Delivery Coordinators and Service Delivery
Managers to plan crew assignments for Coiled Tubing Operations within land and
offshore scope
You will be responsible to assigned personnel in-line with competencies and
client requirements with a view of the entire fleet of Coiled Tubing Units in
the Kingdom.
As a Personnel Planner you will be responsible for:
* Planning and assigning crew personnel for land and offshore operations
* Maintaining training and certifications tracking and planning for all personnel
* Ensuring adherence to competencies/HSE for all personnel including client requirements for specific client areas of operations
* Maintaining assignment of specific personnel for each coiled tubing package
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred)
* Have ‎2+ years of experience in Oil Field Services
* Demonstrate good experience in crew planning
* Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others
* Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
* Ability to lead programs / projects and must be energetic
