Job Description

How you will make an impact:
Working in collaboration with the F&B and culinary leaders, to assure
planning, coordination, and execution of catering events will progress
smoothly and to fullest guest satisfaction.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Coordinating with the sales and operations teams and guests to obtain required information and secure needed resources and equipment are ready.
* Responsible for the successful delivery of events
* Coordination the catering orders of the day
* Assure planning, resources and logistics for the day are ready.
* Gathering orders and preparing the events of the day
* Setting up the rooms and catering areas as required
* Delivering services and cleaning at required time.
* Process billing and invoices (as applicable)
* Responsible for coordinating and installing the layout for the event space according to the client's requirements and health & safety requirements.
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed by you and all staff working during the events.
* Supervise quality of services, food, and health standards. Do quality checks and keep records. Gather feedback and improve standards.
* Responsible for arranging and store all the carting equipment and inventories before and after every event.

Qualifications

What you'll need to succeed:
* Preferably of ‎1-‎2 years' experience in planning and executing events service.
* The ability to work well independently and possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills. Goal oriented attitude.
* Strong initiative and hospitality orientation; organizational and prioritizing skills; problem solving and detail oriented.
* Demonstrate flexibility, pleasant personality coupled with sound judgment, discreet and able to maintain confidential information.
* Hands on personality and collaborative attitude.
