Carrier is the first air conditioning company to be present in Kuwait way back
in 1946. Mr. Morad Yusuf Behbehani was appointed as authorized distributor and
the first air conditioner was delivered to the then Emir of Kuwait in the year
1946.
Ever since the company was established, Carrier remains as one of the leading
company in the air conditioning business both in Kuwait as well as rest of the
world.

our customers.
Job Summary
The main role of the Technician is to perform jobs given on weekly basis by
direct supervisor, carries out maintenance contracts and attends some warranty
related jobs.
Key responsibilities
* Receives weekly job schedules from concerned Supervisor and executes accordingly
* in a timely manner
* Executes and completes the job as per the budgeted man-hour
* Responsible to generate and deliver time sheets, job cards and EH &S site surveys
* Collects outstanding payment as per the target
* Meets assigned SOIP target (revenue, utilization, GM, call back rate, EH&S, and
* MFA)
* Executes assigned some warranty and maintenance jobs
* Assists Senior Technicians on startup jobs as required
* Reports escalated problems and spare parts requirements to Supervisor for necessary
* arrangements; installs spare parts when attained
* Attends weekly and monthly department Operation meetings well prepared
* Attends EH&S trainings
Qualifications
* High School Degree required (Technical Diploma is a plus)
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in English
* Communication skills
* Customer focus orientated
* Analytical thinking skills
