Maintenance Egineer, Shebin ElKoum Free Zone

Position Purpose:

The incumbent should has skilled maintenance experience to implement
corrective and preventive maintenance mechanical or electrical activities for
production machines with Complying with all EHS & Quality regulations. Also to
be responsible of R&M budget within his/her area. He/she will be responsible
of eliminating any risk could affect EHS, Quality, productivity. Also train &
coach maintenance staff on machine failure analysis techniques RCA/FMEA/WCA.
Support production team by creating/ auditing CILT activities and give support
when needed. Has the ability to create/implement innovation ideas to support
department/ factory KPI's. Show a high level of cooperation with his peers to
integrate all needed actions to reach success easier. Create SOP's /OPL's and
give needed training to staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical BCs degree or higher education in business related studies.


• Minimum ‎3 years experience in Maintenance , TPM / IWS / lean/ ‎6 sigma.


• Arabic and Business English language for effective verbal and written communication, PC, Microsoft Office applications.


• Maintenance schedule follow up and implementation , Problem solving techniques ,Budget Control,TPM, IWS, LCO, Quality , MOC skills.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Ensure that all maintenance activities been done in a safe way and FTR & 5S implementation in his/her area. Responsible to implement and follow up TPM, Kaizen, Lean and six sigma requirements in production.


• Perform/ follow up daily inspections & maintenance on equipment and carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines.


• Lead the corrective maintenance team during production operation and extend overall technical support and Check all the machinery malfunctions during operations and advise all possible steps to prevent re-occurrence using Kaizen concept.


• Report daily maintenance activities and Plan & supervise the overall activities of each technician in his/her respective areas and skills and ensure guidance coaching to direct repartees.


• Contribute to achieve the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems and ensure comply with code of conduct, legal & other requirements.


• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
