Job Objective:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment to
ensure efficient machine performance.
Essential Duties:
* Calculate and monitor the maintenance expenses .
* Decrease scheduled shut down of machine .
* Cost saving and spare parts control
Additional / Special Duties:
* Create and maintain machine history record and log .
* Responsible for all ISO documentation and records .
* Provide Technical support, planning & supervising the maintenance preventive activities
Responsibilities & Competences
* Mechanical & Electrical machine trouble shooting
* Fix the plant machines and equipments
* Lead and control the preventive maintenance activities
* Able to modify the schedules and the programs of maintenance according to situations and producer recommendations (Preventive plan scheduling and execution in a professional manner).
* Lead technicians to get the best results within planed time.
* Collect and organize the maintenance data , to issue KPIs reports , effectiveness and efficiency reports , machine history sheets , presentations , requirements of the maintenance department …..etc .
* Responsible for the ISO documentations system , forms, issue internal and external work orders , internal audit,
* Follow the safety procedures for the members of the maintenance department .
* Supervise and control the external party works inside the plant, and make decisions.
* Lead activities of work quality systems (improvements and efficiency programs ) .
Education:
* BSC in Mechatronics engineering
Experience:
* Age less than 27 years old or fresh
Personal Qualifications:
* Able to develop oneself and the working team, review the suggested ideas and discuss it with the maintenance manager to get the best results .
* Can read pneumatic ,hydraulic and electric circuits
* Very Good English language
* Good computer skills
* Energetic
Language Skills:
* Arabic (Local language)
