What you will be doing
As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of
the assigned brands; supervising the entire chain of ordering and retail. You
would investigate the brand performance, represent the brand owner and links
the back office and sales teams. You will also be responsible for setting
targets, ensuring the right standards are implemented across the sale points,
keeping in line with the Brand and Group expectations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Responsible of the commercial performance of the shops
* Providing commercial with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies and in-house systems
* Managing potential shortages, reviewing orders and informing merchandising teams on the status Records, monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitors' activities
* Managing the P&L for the brand whilst monitoring the performance of the brand and proposing recommendations
* Managing the organization's resources within budget guidelines whilst providing prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep management appropriately informed of the brand's financial position
* Defining sales target per sales team member
* Understanding the brands' strategy and cascading it within the given network In conjunction with Marketing
- Ensuring the full implementation of the of marketing and CX strategies and
programs - Implementing Brand guidelines taking in consideration each market
specifications
* Agreeing on a yearly calendar of sales with commercial team
* Controlling discount and margins to insure constant business profitability
* Following up periodically on the sales figures per line and stock at hand (Sell-Out)

Developing and motivating team members to ensure transfer of know-how and
continuous positive work environment
* Monitoring team members' performance and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize efficiency
