Process Industries division delivers complete electrification and automation
solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services across
industries. Engineering and delivering automation solutions from device to
monitoring and control make our customers get more out of their investment;
digitalization solutions including collaborative operations and augmented
reality help improve plant and enterprise productivity, reduce maintenance and
energy costs. Our engineering, project management, services and solutions
portfolio covers a wide range of industries - Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals,
Aluminum and Cement, Data centers and Food and Beverage.

Your responsibilities

• End to end Project Management activities in line with laid down processes.


• Managing software development and implementation projects.


• Collaboration with overseas team, both internal and external, remotely and in person.


• Delivering revenue and profitability and cash as per target set out.


• Coordination with all stakeholders and product development team and ensure proper representation of project status, risk management and change management.


• Value selling during project execution, maximizing changes and variation orders.

Your background

• Ideally, you'll hold a minimum Bachelor in Technology / B.E in Computer Science / Electronics and Communication from a reputed University.


• PMP certification is mandatory.


• with ‎12 to ‎14 years of relevant work experience


• Independent handling of projects end-to-end.


• Technical skills required are: Excellent understanding of project financials; Understanding of overall software project management and software development; Conversant in managing digitalization projects in industries such as Mining, Metals, Minerals, Water, etc.; Excellent risk management skills; Excellent change and claim management skills; and Skills in repositioning lesson learned in new opportunities/ projects.


• Soft skills required are: Strong technical leadership skills, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills; and Good oral and written communication skills in English.


• Personal attributes are: Customer focused; Self-motivated and a self-starter; Good listening and communication skills (both internally and with customers); and a fast learner with an interest to share knowledge and train peers/ customers.


• Language required: Fluency in writing and verbal communication in English is a must. Additionally fluency in writing and verbal communication in Arabic & French are desired.
