Summary
The Registrar will be part of a dynamic Admin Team. The position is primarily
responsible for student records, transcripts and data, as well as maintaining
a close working relationship with the BSD Admissions Officer, District Finance
Office, Government Relations Office and parent body.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Demonstrate a commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection)
* Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of ISG District organization policies, practices and procedures
* Take initiative in prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met and the overall administrative function of the school runs smoothly
* Exercise reasonable judgments
* Process emails, correspondence, phone enquiries
* Maintain school database for students.
* Complete withdrawing students paperwork
* Maintain student records updated
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal and heads of the Primary and Senior School
Qualifications and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have:
* University degree in the area of employment.

Experience:
* Prior data entry experience
* Experience with G-Suite/Microsoft Office
Skills:**
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
* Good interpersonal skills in interacting with students, parents and colleagues
* Ability to invigilate assessments
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Maturity to handle a range of situations
* Highly developed organizational skills
* Pleasant and friendly personality
