Human Resources Intern " Tamheer" - ( 2200285 )
Job Overview:
HR intern (Tamheer) will work with the McDermott Marine team to handle HR &
Talent Acquisition work in Saudi. This role will be responsible for
administrative tasks such coordinating interviews, data entry, archiving and
general administration needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Interviews scheduling
* Updating reports
* Archiving & filing
* General Administrative support
Essential Qualifications and Education:
* Diploma in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field
* Knowledge of logistics operations
* Ability to communicate in a professional level English
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant MS Office application
* Works under supervision and guidance of a team lead/supervisor
* Solves problems using standard procedures
* Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines based on supervisory guidance
* Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals
* Accountable for individual results and impact on team
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
* Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
* Must have a bachelor's or associate's degree.
* Must not have been employed for the last six months.
* Must not be currently employed or enrolled in GOSI.
* Must not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
* Must be registered and qualified in the Tamheer Program through Taqat
Project/Area/Regional Specifics:
Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi
