Responsibilities:
* Assist Assistant HR Manager to develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company's mission and values
* Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies
* Oversee attendance, overtime and complete payroll process.
* Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required
* Assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms
* Support compliance with all relevant local legislation.
* Maintain employees personal files.
Requirements and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
* At least 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor.
* In-depth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and labor laws
* Experience using HRIS, such as Bayan
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills
* Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
