The Role
Required to join an international Facilities Management company working on
large scale projects in Saudi Arabia. • The successful candidate will work to
provide a smooth transition from construction to operation. • Ensuring all
facilities are handed over to operators and working alongside the T&C; manager
to ensure this happens a organised and timely manner.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria • A degree in Facilities
Management or extensive relevant experience • A proven track record in working
on large scale complex projects managing the transition from construction to
operation. • Excellent communication / presentation skills
