Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role HR Business
partner based in KSA- Al Khobar
Objective:
To help the company and their leadership teams create or evolve their HR
departments. HRBP connect the people-focused side of HR with the business side
of running a company to help you reach your goals and objectives. HR business
partners are often heavily involved in decision-making processes and work
closely with managers to support all HR activities. They may coach and mentor
many employees in your organization, but they don 't directly supervise staff
members.
General Responsibilities:
1)Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
2)Plan and coordinate DHL, administrative procedures and systems and devise
ways to streamline processes.
3) Collaborating with other management members to create employee handbooks
and company policies.
4) Manage day to day support operations of the company and plan the most
efficient administrative procedures.
5) Leading recruitment activities, advertising, liaise on with recruiters,
short-listing and application management.
6) Managing interviews, negotiating offers and conducting employee background
verification checks.
7) Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
8) Supports the delivery of HR Processes to different Departments.
9) Develop and implement better people management practices and shares the
responsibility for the goals and target delivery.
10) Manage C &B Activities such as the bonus, Annual Merit increase and
promotions.
11) Manage the implementation of the training plan, including the efficient
management of training budget.
12) Manage the delivery of appropriate induction programs for new recruits.
13) Leading the succession plan process & Annual evaluation Process.
Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in human resources or related field preferred.
* SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) , SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or CIPD certification preferred.
* 8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Proven work experience as an HR business partner
* Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
* Developing HR Agenda strategies, policies, and practices.
* Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good Negotiation & decision-making skills.
* Project Management and Change Management Skills
* Proven work experience as an HR business partner
* Excellent people management skills
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
* Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
* Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
