Job Duties & Responsibilities: • oversee the recruitment process, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. • Take the
lead on following up with visas stamping process with overseas agencies,
exit/re-entry visas, new & renewal Iqamas. • Monitor reports on expiring SCE
list (monthly, quarterly and annually). • Keep track and alert for all
deadline of official & government documents and renew them on a timely manner.
• Responsible for all telecommunications (Land, Cell & Internet services)
contracts & invoices. This include periodic review to optimize the required
services. • Focal point between the company and manpower companies in terms of
Day-to-Day operations. (Iqamas, visas & and other services) • Resolve
employees related issues and queries that related to administration affairs.
Skills • Excellent knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law. • Excellent written and
