ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Customer Success Engineer you will join the commercial team on ensuring
EV fleet deployment is successful and customer value is delivered.
Specifically, you will:
* Ensure customer fleet readiness for EV operations, including charging, operations planning and driver training.
* Work with the Shift EV engineering and product teams as well as external partners on deploying customer centric charging solutions.
* Work with the customer operations team on trials, pilots and deployments, providing on-site support to facilitate EV integration.
* Onboard customer drivers on safe and effective EV operations, through on-site training and online onboarding material.
* Support the Account Management and Aftersales teams on delivering full EV value to customers and addressing operational and technical issues promptly.
YOU HAVE:
* Experience in delivering solutions to customers in technical b2b environments.
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate with third party partners.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences as needed.
