Your Role
We are looking for Go To Market (GTM) Deployment Sales leads to lead the local
GtM agenda acting as the conduit between central team and local market team in
order to transition and set up Ekaterra in it's end state.
The role is centered mainly around leading the transition and setting up
critical process and systems including Customer onboarding, Negotiations,
Trade Promotion management, Customer relationship management and distributor
management (depending on the market). In addition, the role may require
supporting other areas of the team.
Your Key Tasks:
Linking pin to Central Blossom GtM teams:
Represent the GtM team in ekaterra reporting/engagement sessions.
Local experience is essential - Global experience is a strong plus
Understanding of TPM, CRM processes with experience advantageous Change
management skills and proven record of leading business transformational
agenda This is a very dynamic and fast-paced project and requires high
adaptability Experience from other transactions: desired
Other / country specific:
Onboard new trade promotion tool Ensure Food Solutions is transitioned
properly From Unilever into Ekaterra Localize and execute the approach for
account transition and customer contract transfers from global international
accounts to local terms, including negotiation strategy (if applicable for
your country, list of which countries takes which global account available).
Ensure global trade term structure are deployed locally, in alignment with
countries' CD leads. Work with the comms team and the rest of the GtM team to
execute the communication plan for the trade with clear milestones for the
transition
Customer onboarding:
Lead customer contract separation Support and lead tracking of local revenue
transition to ekaterra For EDI customers, ensure that a backup business
continuity plan is aligned and in place.
Puccini link / TSA transition program:
For your country/geography, lead the execution of the TSA transition program
with markets and the Unilever /Puccini team. Highlight risks and mitigation
activities on behalf of your market Promptly and proactively, collaborate with
the Europe Blossom GtM team to ensure that the local customer onboarding
execution is aligned to global requirements. For your country/geography, work
with the change management team to define the critical impacts of the changes
implemented for Day 1 and the TSA period and what it means for CD people in
the markets (e.g., changes to roles, capabilities, ways of working, behaviors,
handoffs, etc.) Give local inputs to new process design and system set up in
the relevant workshops
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces
The role reports to the deployment lead and will be supported by the europe
and global team as well as project management team Works with ekaterra local
Business Development Managers, the rest of Project Blossom and Puccini
(Unilever) functional leads & teams, the Global Tea marketing & channel team,
as well as with the external consultant agencies that are involved in the
project Ensure smooth transition and go live of customers to Tea Export
Company, if applicable for your market
Skills and Experience
* Mid level with a strong track delivery record and at least five years of experience in various sales roles (e.g., Customer / Distributor management, Trade marketing, CCD)
* Local experience is essential - Global experience is a strong plus
* Understanding of TPM, CRM processes with experience advantageous
* Change management skills and proven record of leading business transformational agenda
* This is a very dynamic and fast-paced project and requires high adaptability
