Duties and responsibilities
* Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality promptly.
* Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
* Follow the process for releasing the finished product.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Quality Management, Packaging Engineering).
* Proven experience in quality assurance within the food and packaging industry
* Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, BRC, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Quality Tools Knowledge
* Good English skills: speaking, writing, and listening
* 2 years of experience in a reputable company
