Job Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development and regular update and optimization of 7OA, taking into account the processes and guidelines.
* Responsible for the delivery and publication of 7OA to retailer.
* Serves as the custodian of the Perfect Store Online results and reports.
* Responsible for the ensuring the management and optimized operation of the content suite.
* Responsible for briefing creative agency on d-commerce visibility and the OTIF delivery of d-commerce visibility elements to the different e-retailers.
* Working closely with Content Hub lead and performance marketing lead to improve the quality of e-commerce assets and in turn improve ROAS and other digital KPI 's.
* Responsible for the development and regular update of SKLs as aligned with the category strategy and
* Arrange a digital content delivery plan that includes pre, during and post cross-channel delivery.
Key Interfaces
* BU D-Commerce strategy lead in setting content strategy as per category priorities and growth opportunities.
* Country BU D-Commerce strategy lead and CBD, ensuring OTIF and successful execution of content related to D4C d-commerce portfolio.
* D-Commerce Strategy lead, Content Hub Lead and Performance Marketing lead in campaign execution and optimization.
* Brand, R &D, MDM, and Content Hub teams in day D-Commerce Content completion score to day operations of the content suite.
* Country d-commerce CBD to follow up on product dispatch and availability
* BU D-Commerce strategy lead, media team and performance marketing lead in updating SKLs
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
* A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in e-commerce or project management
* Ability to lead a cross functional teams to deliver complex initiatives/projects.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
