Main Purpose:
Managing or performing the administrative services, responsible for
supervising the facilities cleanliness, collecting and selling the wastes
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for following up and supervising the facility cleanliness
* Managing the daily work among the workers and ensure completion of their work
* Responsible for issuing the purchasing orders for cleaning materials, buffet supplies and uniform for workers in the administration department.
* Organizing the wasted materials and managing its selling process.
* Coordinating with various departments to transfer devices and other assets to different department.
* Responsible for the release and distribution of cleaning materials, buffet supplies and uniforms based on the work need and reporting its consumption rate.
Job Requirements:
Education : Bachelor degree of Business Administration
Experience : 0-1 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages : Moderate knowledge of English language

MS Word Skills Basic
MS Excel Skills Basic
MS PowerPoint Intermediate
MS Outlook Skills Basic
Working Conditions:
Working Days : 6 Days/week.
Days Off : One Day/week.
Working Hours : From 07:30am till 03:30pm
Working Environment : 100% office work
