Job Roles & Responsibilities
She's Capable is designed to capitalize on the trend of seeing females
breaking gender stereotypes and working in male-dominated jobs. By joining
she's capable you will have a great exposure to Customer Development (Sales)
function in the FMCG sector. Your journey will be focusing on Field Sales
where you will be exposed to day-to-day sales operations. Getting the essence
of the on-ground sales of Unilever and becoming one of Unilever's sales force.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably Business Administration, or any relevant major
* Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience
* Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and a strong aptitude for communication skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
* Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
* Highly motivated and target driven
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
