General Description:
* Responsible for individual sales performance of the products & services with
* expectation to achieve the Monthly target.
* Ensure all sales Team are scheduled according to business needs.
* Ensure Sales Specialist received the required training through the LMS.
* Ensures that all Salesman are trained on Store Operating Procedures, policies and process.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English.
* Bachelor's degree is a must.
* Solid experience as B2C sales will be a must.
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Cairo or Giza Resident is a must.
