Ensuring collections of dues for the multiple clients in multiple geographies.
Job functions of a Accounts Receivable in Yanbu :
* Directs and controls billing and collections activities in accordance with company policy.
* Oversee the AR collection process via effective creation of views, reports, dashboards, work distribution within the team
* Provides direction or directly resolves customer credit or collection issues.
* Handles collection issues, communicating with customers in a timely, effective manner to expedite the billing and collection of accounts receivable.
* Lead overall customer portfolio risk held orders ensuring orders are within established credit lines.
* Perform collection activities, including follow-up enquires, agreements on past due accounts, engaging commercial team on complex collection matters.
* Supervises reports to ensure accounts are pursued collection in an accurate and timely fashion.
* Define and facilitate the reporting of performance metrics for the function
* Maintain good governance on meetings with internal stakeholders and onshore leads.
* Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress
Requirements for Accounts Receivable jobs in Yanbu
* Strong people and process manager 2+ years of people and process management experience required in the Credit domain within OTC
* Experience building relationships and working effectively across internal and external organizations.
* Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross- functional audiences
* Intermediate to Expert MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and related functions)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work comfortably within tight timelines.
