JOB DESCRIPTION
Specialty:
* Experience from Quality Management in large organization.
* Holds Quality certifications in one or more of the following: ASQ/CQE, CMQ/OE, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or TQM
* Strong understanding of project and product quality practices.
* Hands-on approach to troubleshoot and resolve quality related issues
* Assertive, solutions focused, strategic and statistically oriented
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
* Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
* Self-starter, motivated, team focused and results driven
Education Degree :
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field.
* Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related field (preferred).
* Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
Technical knowledge :
* Understanding of International Codes and References
* Comprehensive knowledge of Six Sigma set of techniques and tools for process improvement.
* Good knowledge of continuous / process improvement methods such as Business process mapping, Process capability, Pareto chart, Root cause analysis, Failure mode and effect analysis, Multi-variance chart, Design of experiments, Kaizen, Statistical process control, 5S methodology, Poka-yoke.
Experience :
* 12+ years proven experience in quality assurance & quality control related areas.
Primary Functions:
* Continuous Improvement Quality Manager shall manage and implement continuous improvements set of techniques and tools.
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
* Drive Quality Control Program to ensure all products, raw materials, processes and services meet EE's exceptionally high quality standards
* Design and develop quality documentation, i.e. procedures, work instructions, inspection and sampling plans, as needed or requested
* Lead and facilitate continuous improvement efforts using Lean, DMAIC, and Kaizen methodologies
* Review non-conformities (NCRs) for determining root cause, creating corrective actions, providing customer follow up and close NCRs within an acceptable timeframe
* Perform product and process inspections throughout the development and production process to ensure consistent quality
* Complete regular quality inspection trainings with manufacturing employees to ensure best quality practices are being maintained
* Perform problem-solving tests to develop corrective actions for quality issues and to initiate continuous improvement.
* Utilize analysis tools such as DOE, Pareto, and 8D to determine quality levels
* Maintain and develop Integrated Management System (IMS)
* To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
* To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
* To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
Technical Expertise :
* Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
* Knowledge of QA/QC standards.
* Knowledge of design and construction regulation and requirements in KSA.
