Responsibilities
*
Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the
collection of delivery KPIs
Accountabilities
* Ensure orders are properly transferred
* Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
* Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
* Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
* Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
* Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and
guidelines
* Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when
dynamic routing is
available)
* Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through
field learning.
* Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans
* Coolers Deployment (In case of WS)
