Senior Sales Data Analyst
This role support management of Viatris sales, Sales force allocation and
inventory data. Develop the necessary reports in standard and customized
formats required for use by commercial team in their daily work in order to
achieve the highest possible business results.
Responsibilities
* Sales Operation
* Compile and Generate Sales reports
* In-Market sales reports
* To-Market sales reports
* Ad-Hoc sales reports
* Compile and generate inventory reports
* In-House inventory reports
* Wholesalers inventory reports
* Ad-Hoc Inventory reports
* Support Operating Plan process template preparation and data validation.
* Sales Transactions Collection and Validation
* Timely Collection of Viatris Sales Transactions from All distributors.
* Mapping and maintaining new customers into their proper sector & geographical area.
* Maintain profile data for customers including pharmacies, other healthcare providers, treatment centers, clinics, hospitals.
* Work with field teams to understand and solve their customer data issues and questions
* Sales Data Management (Viasales)
* Within the department guidance, He/She should apply and maintain the following Viasales tasks updated on the local system
* Maintaining ViaSales system updated with latest field force structure.
* Create and maintain sales teams on ViaSales system as per business requirements.
* Update and maintain Viatris products information (ex. Price, Market Product grouping, Business unit).
* Work collaboratively with the commercial team to execute incoming requests from Sales
* Incentive Calculation
* Support the process of Incentive calculation by performing extensive review on field force achievements/Targets and resolve any issues
* Apply approved SOP's adjustments (Actual and/or Targets) on individual field force achievement/target.
* Stakeholder Relationship Management
* Play as a point of contact with distributors for all data collection and validation
* Manage data request with all Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) distributors
* Work with distributors to resolve data discrepancies and ensure conformity with laid down process for data provision
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to identifying possible improvement to the system and ensuring ViaSales is fit for purpose
* System Issue identification and enhancement
* Raise and address system issues with the Support team
* Flag recurring issues for further investigation
* Work with distributors to ensure conformity with laid down process for data provision.
* Collaborate with BT for ViaSales issues resolution.
* Work with BT in the implementation of new ViaSales enhancements.

Qualifications
* Relevant University degree
* ‎4+ years of previous experience in managing and analyzing data
* Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
* Experience in the field of business technology is an advantage.
* Business level of English, both written and oral.
* Advanced level of MS Office, including Excel, Access.
* Work with databases on the confidence level of the user.
* Ability to work with multiple data sources, to analyze information
* Accuracy of work.
* Good presentation skills
